how sad to see this horrible replacement on the site where a ‘palace’ once stood…
Used to live in Astoria. Once the theater went so down that signaled the end of Astoria for me. A golden opportunity was sacrificed to feed the pockets of a few politicians Nothing changes in NYC.Once the greatest city in the world is a shell of what it used to be
