The Forman brothers are missing the showboat letting this former large movie theatre just sit idle for many years. Located a few short blocks from the busy RKO Pantages Theatre now used for touring shows all year round. While the Pacific Warner needs some roof/ceiling work and does not have much of a stage It needs to be brought back for some entertainment at least for the tourists. Lease or sell the place to the SHUBERTS let them make the money that the Pacific Theatre Forman family is not interested in doing.
