The theater’s exterior in the middle of complete overhaul using spray-on stucco/styrofoam compound to cover original and beautiful terra cotta facade and ornamentation. Compare this image to the similar shot in the rain that Ross posted of the Elmwood’s original facade. As poor a choice as I believe this renovation to be, I am very happy that the church has done a lot of good work to restore the interior of the theater to its original design.
