“Around 1988 I had a small suite of 3 offices next to Dave DeCoteau at 6211 Selma Ave in the heart of Hollywood. It had once been the home of Sam Arkoff and Jim Nicholson’s Selma Productions in the 1950s. We filmed scenes for BEVERLY HILLS VAMP, TERMINAL FORCE and BAD GIRLS FROM MARS there. Around the corner was the infamous Ivar Theater. On Sunday mornings Orson Welles would often perform small magic shows on stage and have Gary Graver film him before the girls came in to entertain. Rene Bond was one of the favorites of her time.”
