View of the Ritz, Hayward, as it looked in the early 1990s, after having been converted into a St. Vincent de Paul thrift store. When Mitchell Bros. ran it as a porn house, the vertical sign tower and most of the marquee structure were removed, and replaced by a simple plastic, backlit wedge-shaped marquee. This, in turn, was removed when the building ceased being a theatre.
