The floor show at the Starlight Roof was inspired by Val Parnell which was very successful during the year that it ran. Besides Parnell it had Robert Nesbitt and Charlie Henry involved. These were the three big cheeses that were involved with the London Palladium variety shows, also the Christmas Pantomimes that ran from Christmas Eve until Easter. Later Robert Nesbitt staged all the Talk of the Town glittering floor shows.
