View from circle showing the Gaumont’s internal decoration. Interior decorations were by Clark & Fenn of London specialists, in fibrous plaster work and decoration, including the large central dome which illuminated the main part of the auditorium, an inner central sunburst grille concealed main extract fans. This photograph also shows all illumination was concealed. The end seat stanchion’s also show the Gaumont Palace monograms.
