Photograph showing the entrance foyer with its large Art Deco double pay box the front covered in planished aluminium with horizontal and vertical chrome fluting, containing two ticket booths one either end the glazed fronts enhanced by clear and obscure design, a confectionery sales point at centre completed the foyer. Manufactured and fitted by Swanser & Son Art Metal Ltd., these craftsmen also supplied the copper entrance canopy. The surrounding walls and coffered ceiling were finished in soft red over sprayed with gold metallic speckles. Pendant lighting above was manufactured and fitted by F. H. Pride Ltd. Coloured Terrazzo flooring finished in a non slip surface was fitted by Jaconello Ltd.
