THE STAWELL TOWN HALL The construction of the double story Stawell Town Hall was completed in 1872 with the addition of the tower and clock being added in 1939. The clock tower was a gift to the community by the Kelly family who were former pioneers of the district.

The two animated gold prospectors were added in 1969 to commemorate the City’s centenary celebrations.

The Westminster Chimes play the folk tune “With My Swag All On My Shoulder' at 9am, 12 noon, 6pm and 9pm daily.
