Pressed metal ceilings

Description - OCT 21, 2018 - STAR THEATRE today 9-3. Heaps of Bargains - The Star theatre, a classic cinema from Dimboola’s historic past now featuring a multitude of uses - Note the Pressed metal ceilings (also known as pressed tin ceilings) look amazing and were popular from the 1880’s to the early 20th century - basically the Federation period. As an alternative to decorative plaster ceilings, pressed metal gave a small repeating pattern affect over the whole area.
