Detail of the auditorium ceiling’s original decorative faux tent design (slightly spruced up in the late 30s). This was taken in the late 1990s. Portions of the partitions dividing the auditorium can be seen along the sides. This photo was taken in the space between the two upstairs screens, in the “tunnel” where the projection beam shot down to the original screen.
