Cat Stevens on stage as part of the regular mid week pop shows held in the mid 1960’s. The auditorium had recently been redocorated. Beneath the boarded over square at the front of the stage was the disused Wurlitzer organ console & pipe chambers, it stayed entombed for a further 5 years before being sold & removed in 1972.
