There’s a shot of the Showcase attraction board in front of the theater which survived until 2014. Here it shows X/XXX double-features shown at the almost-end-of-theatrical-life Showcase Cinema 1 & 2 as it was concluding its movie showing days in 1988. Farmers Branch politicians and law enforcement had been welcoming the theater’s closure for each of the 7 years it showed adult films.
