Huge Crowd Today Castro Theatre Matinee Delay Opening

‘Sound Of Music’ Sing A Long. The movie was to start at 1 PM with the doors opening at Noon. Not he case they did not open till around 12 35 PM. The early line for a hot March sun day in San Francisco did not start moving till then. The huge sold out crowd lined up two or three blocks to get in. Turns out the delay was the set up of the portable chairs in the downstairs section. They had a music event Sat evening with standing room no seats used and they had to re set all the chairs. Hope next time this happens they will bring in the some help early. Many old people in line almost did not make It inside. Good thing the New Castro has AC now!
