Penders Hall 40 Tinning Street Brunswick VIC 3056 Pender’s Hall was located to the far right of the illustration (note the roof ventilation)
In 1909 Tommy Sangston leased the new extension of Pender’s Tinning Street Horseshoe Nail Factory, which would become Brunswick’s first indoor theatre - He named it Pender’s Hall - Contributed by Greg Lynch -
