A bit hard to tell but the Robin Theater drew a capacity crowd to wee it burn down on September 6, 1952. The City of St. Louis condemned the building ordering its demolition. The operators Echo-Pauline Amusement Company and the Kalbells unsuccessfully challenged the order but lo and behold the venue burned down prior to demolition.
