Following the launch of “The Robe”, top attractions continued to be programmed at the Regent over the next few years - including splash releases of the Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals “Carousel”, “The King & I” and “Oklahoma!”. They were all filmed in exotic widescreen systems, but all were presented at the Regent in 35mm CinemaScope, color and 4-track stereo sound.
