Needs a little paint color job but the neon tubes still look good. Will have to check out at night before the coffee shop moves out of the lobby space they lease now. I wonder if the neon flashes like in the past. Many cities don’t allow flashing neon anymore. Being this is not a new neon sign It may pass ok for the snooty Palo Alto permit people.
