Exterior colorized view of Orpheum at the time of its opening in October 1935. The auditorium ran parallel to Military Road, with stage and fly-tower at the far end. Designed by George Newton Kenworthy (1885 – 1954) for Angelo Virgona (1879 – 1956) of Orpheum Theatres Ltd. Builder was F. T. Eastment & Sons, Ltd.
