Well, this is confusing. The 2004 Faribault Daily News article states the Grand Theatre burned down in 1927. However in this photo Richard Dix “Easy Come Easy Go” is on the marquee. It was released 04/21/28. So the fire must have been after that. Sorry for the confusion.
