The building which would later become a theatre under three names including Logan Art Cinema was a new-build facility housing Steed’s Dairy Bar. You probably weren’t really wondering what it looked like at opening on September 11, 1947… but now you know anyway. It’s next life came 30 years later as a Cinema.
