Scott Theatre

The Scott Theatre opened as a movie theatre on October 10, 1944, in premises that were originally a grocery store. It was not a first run theatre. It ran until 1972, when it was gutted by fire and it was turned into a restaurant.

Actual opening date is October 10, 1944 with Walter Brennan in “Home In Indiana” along with a cartoon.
