This is a picture perfect town and would be a grand place to own. Someone save this Jem! There should be enough money in that town! All the Country Music Stars etc… Come on and wake up people! This is a great Theatre experience at stake!You can’t get the save effect at the galleria close by. Money isn’t everything and if I had the means you wouldnt have to worry!

I talked to the owner years ago when he was restoring this place (so he said). He was a real jerk. Too bad about the theatre though.
How about getting rid of the punk who works at AMC in Humble Texas. The one who is slow and has a bad attitude! The guy who took 45 mins to wait on 5 people. Getting one item at a time…
No lets worry about stuff that doesnt matter. Wake up!
If you saw all the huge homes and new construction(Waste) in that area you would flip. The town of Franklin Tennessee reminds me of the set for Back to the Future.
There has got to be some way of cutting the theatre owners some slack. That is a great theatre and there are many stars in the area.
Besides that i know for certain there are Billionaires who live near this theatre. Too many to list here but just know its the best of the Nashville Music industry. Could one step in for the good of the Theatre? Maybe that is a perfect world or the movies!
