Might’ve originally been called the El Rancho with a western theme? Staff were apparently dressed as cowboys and cowgirls and they had a “chuck wagon” to deliver meals to patrons.
I’ve added an aerial photo I’ve found, also the Australian Synchrotron is on half of the site while the car park is on the other half. Part of the original entrance road and the gates can be seen on 2009 Google Street View but its since been redeveloped and no trace remains, the entrance road was on Blackburn Rd right on the end of the site.
An approximate address is Hepburn Rd, Christie Downs. This has to be the location as the streets are named Hepburn, Bogart and Fonda.

Appears to be closed in a 1975 aerial image as the screen has been removed.

Closed in 1981 and was demolished and being redeveloped the next year.
The site looks a lot different now, as mentioned above the original(?) screen still stands near the snack bar building.
The Church building isn’t the snack bar, also half of the ramps still exist and the other half have been regraded into a proper car park.
Some remains of ramps could be seen in a 2005 aerial – the entrance road was where Shenton street meets Victoria Rd.
219 Stubbs St is the approximate address.

526 Conrod Straight, the ticket box and concession building appear to have both been demolished between 2012 and 2014.

yep the snack bar building still exists, a construction equipment rental business now occupies the site.
I don’t see any building but I do see the cement foundations of the leg supports for the screen in the corner.
