That policy stated above of not allowing anyone into the theatre under the age of 17 seems incorrect. Several of the movies listed on the website are family films and Fandango is selling children’s tickets for all the movies. Maybe unescorted minors under 17 at night?

The theatre shows up again in the news show “48 Hours.” A tracking shot follows one of the show’s participants as he walk past the front with the marquee lighted up.
This theatre reopened August 28 2018 under new ownership. It is now the Emagine Geneva Lakes and has its own CT page under Lake Geneva Wisconsin theatres.
Google Street View of July 2018 shows no indication of any use for this theatre. Both storefronts are vacant and the marquee has a sign urging use of the public pools.
