The Arirang Restaurant is currently located at 23 Nelson. 15 Nelson is a post office, so something is amiss. Perhaps someone local has more information on this.
Joe, I thought the 1907 photo was interesting. The Hotel Leonide building is still standing, a hundred years later. The building on the east side a bit north (with the turret) was the post office.

I can’t tell either.
I think ouef is either “egg” or “nothing” so maybe “tout n'oeuf” means “all or nothing'?
