Street name should be West Ox Road (not W. Ox, West is it’s name not a modifier)
Drive In was in poor repair in 70s and 80s.
We only have one drive-in listed in Fairfax to date. The theater in the photo was on Route 7 by the old Washington-Virginia airport. If anyone can place this drive-in, let me know. You have to scroll for a while before you get to the drive-in photo:

The Drive-in on Route 7 by the old Washington-Virginia airport is the Sunset Drive-in.. Believe that is a Falls Church (Fairfax County) Address.. AKA Bailey’s Cross Roads.
That works as we have a Sunset Drive-In listed in Bailey’s Cross Roads. I will post the photo over there. Thanks.
I worked as a projectionist at the Super 29 in late 60’s. Century projectors, RCA soundheads and Ashcraft carbon arc lamphouses.
This opened on September 15th, 1956. Grand opening ad in photo section.
