No!, Looking at other photos in the set and comparing them to interior photographs in the book ‘The Silver Screens of Wirrel’ by Clive Garner, it is the former Capitol Cinema/ABC Wallasey. The former Gaumont Palace/Apollo 6 never had a balcony, it was a stadium plan cinema.
