After talking with a couple of old-timers it turns out that the Cinemat XXX Cinema was a little south of Easton St on N. Main St.
Site is now a parking lot, as seen on below link.

A quicker route to see 1942 interior and exterior shots is to go to above link and type in “Tulsa Plaza Theatre”, under match all words.
Oklahoma State Historical Society now list the Plaza as torn down.

Today a large mall has replaced the Pines Theatre.

Showplace XXX Cinema was located on the rightside of the white building with red tile roof and awnings. Shop to the left was an adult bookstore, and a pool hall was upstairs.
