We use to sell Jordan Almonds, but the candy girls would sneak one nut out at a time, this before plastic wrapping.poor moviegoer might be short four Almonds,AHHH, for the old theatre Business!
I drove around town with a huge camel on the top of my car promoting “HAWWPS”.Back in old days. I removed all comments about charles, except the one you wrote,Russ, might want to remove it.Told Charles I did take them off.Zack was always thinking up something,“Whorehouse” promo was pretty HOT. I think Sherri showed more in the Lobby than on the screen, what I saw,and I hate Musicals was pretty tame for an R rated Flick.

This Drive-in wasn’t listed in the 1956 motion Picture Almanac for some reason.
In 1956 still owned by above Theatre chain.
I sure thought “Song of the South” was pulled out of release long before 1986,Interesting.
In 1956 the one screen Mentor Drive-in held 425 cars and was owned then by Shulman Schwartz.
