This photo shows the Standard Theater at 1130 South Street. The damage is from Hurricane Hazel in 1954. I believe the only theaters listed for South Street are the TLA and the Royal. If I’m wrong, let me know: http://tinyurl.com/javrw
This 1977 photo shows a theater on Ridge above Lyceum in Roxborough with the partial name “MAN”. I looked at the Philadelphia list and only saw the Goldman on 15th in Center City. Any info on the identity of this theater would be appreciated: http://tinyurl.com/j3zc3
I have a photo from the same source of the Teatro Puerto Rico on 6th and Diamond. If anyone knows of the previous incarnation under which this theater may be listed, please let me know. Thanks.
I went through the Loew’s theaters in Brooklyn, but didn’t see any in Coney Island. This theater was at the corner of Surf and Stilwell. I would be curious to know if this is the Surf: http://tinyurl.com/z7ccm
This theater has a billboard advertising what would be the Earle’s one year anniversary in 1925. I don’t know if the Great Northern theater is listed here under another name: http://tinyurl.com/plkv6
