Here is an aerial view from a few years ago. The building at the northwest corner of 30th and Main is new as it doesn’t show up in aerial photos from the 1940s and 1950s. The remaining three buildings have been there going back to the 1940s. I’m not sure which one was the theater building at this point. http://tinyurl.com/ybhctum
This drive-in was also in Mt. Carmel. I would add it but there seems to be no confirmation that it actually existed other than a sketchy bio on drive-ins.com. http://tinyurl.com/y9retdd
Here is the website for the discount theater. Status should be open and function should be “movies-second run”.

There is a reference to the Bell in this July 1915 issue of “Moving Picture World”:

The Arden was last advertised in the LA Times in March 1974. By the way, chain should be “unknown” as opposed to independent.
The theater can be glimpsed in this photo:

The entire block across from the Home Depot has been razed, and something is being built there. Status should be closed/demolished.
The location is now a parking lot. It looks like a run-down neighborhood.

In the caption, it should be Odd Fellows Lodge, not Old Fellows.

The realtor on the ground floor has an address of 519 Broadway, so this may be the Community building:

That one doesn’t work for me-got an error message.
If you use 201 W. Main as the address, the theater shows up. Using Business 59 puts you some distance away.
