The St. Marks can be seen in Paul Mazursky’s “Moscow on the Hudson”. The two films on the marquee were “Exposed” and “An Unmarried Woman”. I’m not familiar with the first, but the second was also a Mazursky film.
Looking at Spring Street more recently, there is a Burger King logo sign on the building to the left (as seen in the 1982) photo, but I’m not sure where the Burger King is. The only one listed in Titusville is several blocks away. The 2/23/09 article mentioned that the Penn was being razed for a BK.
This was in the NYT on 12/27/56. Perhaps it was the Suburban Playhouse before 1957.
A Play by the Kerrs to be presented on Sunday by the Madonna Players at the Suburban Playhouse, 252 Main Street, West Orange, N.J. Performances will be given at 3 and 8:30 P.M.
The address given in the description puts this theater about where the Beach was. If the Shore was between Ohio and Atlantic it would not be at 1318. Everything on that block was razed for the gas company building a while ago. Shore was also an aka for the Beach, according to a recent post.
This is supposed to be the Florida in 1978. I’m not sure it gibes with the description at the top of the page, however.

It’s actually a Marriott Courtyard. The hotel takes up half the block and the rest is parking. Status should be closed/demolished.
The Bijou was screening some films for free last month:

This item gives an approximate address. There is an auto salvage yard at that location now.
