The Admiral Twin in Tulsa is one. It was featured in the film “The Outsiders” although that particular screen burned down in 2009. A metal one replaced it and the drive in is still open today.
Today, Melrose High School sits on the property, but you can still see the old entrance road, some of the ramps, and the foundation for the marquee.

A 1955 Aerial Map shows what appears to be the remnants of a drive-in located at County Road 124 and Old Wister Highway, Poteau, OK south of the town. It was located one block to the SE of the intersection on County Road 124.
Today, the property is occupied by radio station KPRV-AM you can still see what appears to the be the ramps and perhaps the screen foundation near the road.

I looked at a 1952 aerial photo of the location that Yakima1 cited and there is no evidence of a drive-in scar at that time. So, I do not believe that is the location.
An aerial photo of the field in 1944 compared to the 1952 aerial shows virtually no change at the base. A little research shows that the field was abandoned shortly after WWII, but was not purchased by the city until 1947.
This may sound a little weird, but what if the drive-in was actually part of the field itself in some manner? If they used the paved area for parking, all they would need to do is set up a screen and speakers.

From the aerials, it appears that the drive-in existed well past 1964. In fact, it was transformed from a single to a four-screen well after 1964.
