I was in the Winslow theater last week, still open for business. The owner/operator took us on a tour, including into the old vaudeville dressing rooms in the basement, which are haunted. The asking price for the theater is around $150K, and includes a full apartment above the theater for an owner who wants to live on site or save money. I don’t know the seat count, but it is a large
theater, and there’s certainly more than 250 seats.
