All iterations of the Grand Theatre/Senate Theatre/Nashua Theatre. In the upper left it’s a 1916 ad for the Grand. At bottom center, the Grand decided to implement PollyFone Talking Pictures. The theater struggled with many owners in the late 1920s and early 1930s so had a number of “openings” (left center ad). It then became the Senate Theatre in 1934 (ad at far right) then the Nashua Theater (second column middle). The Nashua closed Middle ad (where it says ANNOUNCING, it explains that the theater will close. And in the bottom left corner, you too can buy the Nashua Theatre as it was for sale for $45,000 complete.
