The Lomo Theatre was housed as the second occupant in the 1900-built Caston-Johnson Building. Located on the left half of the building, the Lomo seated just 180 patrons. It was next door to the historic McComb City Drug Store (just seen at the far left) that not only opened in 1898 but served as the de facto concession stand for the Lomo in its 10-year operational cycle as a silent theater. The Lomo would be replaced by a furniture store in 1921 and the Caston-Johnson building also served as a home to the Stewart A. Smith Barber and Beauty Salon School headquarters (see above) in later years.
