The Midget Theatre provided movie entertainment from 1914 to March of 1923 ending service. The Metamora Community Pictures Association - a committee of the Metamoran Board of Managers struck an exclusive contract with Universal Film Co. to resume film service at Emil Grob’s Hall renaming it Community Hall Theatre beginning October 18, 1923
