The Hampton Road Drive-in launched with “Colorado Territory” on May 12, 1950. It was the second of three back-to-back-to-back openings for Leon Theatres Circuit. The Garland Road Drive-In opened on April 7th and the Denton Road Drive-in opened on June 23d.
