The Altona drive-in screen is pulled down & moved to Dromana.</p> <p>Photo - Paul Whitaker</p> <p>1992 - Paul Whitaker, Exhibitor at the Dromana Drive-in comments - It was a Bargain / Free if we removed it - In 1992 I did a deal to remove the Altona Drive-In screen and transport it to my drive-in theatre at Dromana. Once there we would re-build it, and it would become our No 2 screen. There was a huge worry that it would break in the process, and it very nearly did. It was located next to Coca Cola’s head office.
