The Medina Theatre opened on 30th August 1955 with “The Long, Long Trailer” and “Dangerous Mission”. The Medina Theatre closed in (1963/1964?). The theatre building was used in 1970 by the Police Boys Club. The theatre was demolished (date unknown?). The site is now a tavern - notes by David Coppock
