I’ll be flying in from San Antonio, TX for this special occasion to see Brokeback Mountain in the beautiful State Theater. A wonderful opportunity to see both gems at one time.
San Antonio boasts a few historic theaters as well, the Majectic, Empire, Aztec, Mayan and Alameda. In addition, only the facade of the famed Texas Theater remains, after a midnight raid by the wrecking ball was stopped by the Historic Preservation Officer about 30 years ago by standing in front of the demolition team.
