If you have aspirations to turn this back into a theatre you better come correct with some jack in your pocket. It would take close to an overall $10 Million to make it cool again.
The photo of the theatre is facing NE, in looking at the shadows. The theatre, to the best of my knowledge, was located on the NE corner of Wash/Mich. It was torn down many years ago and now an office building stands in its place. I think a bunch of lawyers practice out of there.

This is now the “campus” of Lansing Community College. I guess there could be worse fates for the land that used to house the theatre.

The status of the Capitol in Lansing should be “demolished”. I tried to find it this weekend but I was told that it was torn down 15 years ago.
