Theater in Central Michigan for sale

I am the owner operator of a four screen in St Johns, Michigan, a town about 20 miles north of Lansing, Michigan. I have removed and renovated 3 of 4 of the existing theaters with new equipment, screens, digital sound systems and seats. I have another project theater in another town I wish to focus on so this cinema is up for sale. Excellent town support, location and local business.

120 K. Turn key operation. totally gutted and remodeled lobby and concessions area, and 3 of the 4 theaters in last four months. Century projectors, Christie platters, lamphouses, and power supplies. Updated with redlight reverse readers, Spare bulbs, Shneider and Isco lenses, New screens, 6 channel digital surround, CP 65’s, two SDDS and one DTS. Spares of each. Four channels behind screens and JBL 8330a surrounds in each. QSC amps, Ultra booth monitors and 6 ft steel closed audio racks. I have a full time job and its just too much to do both. Should make your investment back in two years or less.
