The cinema was closed down in 2011, its interiors completely gutted. An organic supermarket was installed in the groundfloor, the first floor where the balcony of screen 1 was and screen 2 were remodelled into apartments.
Unfortunately, the Park Cinema is no regular cinema anymore. When I wanted to visit the cinema in October 2014, I was told that it has turned into a cinema to rent even though for certain moments it might still open to the general public.
Closed in the meantime
The cinema closed in 2011 but is reputed to re-open and be run by or on behalf of the municipality in late 2014, early 2015.
The cinema was closed and gutted in 2007 and replaced by commerce.
