  • <p>Inside the Exchange Mate Island Threre. Other theaters on the island back around 1946 to 1949. 3 theaters operating, all referred to as “centers”. Rodman Center Tisdale Center Owens Center</p> <p>Rodman Center was a full recreation center with pool/gym/store/etc..</p> <p>Owens Center was located in the hospital area and was also a recreation center.</p> <p>Tisdale Center was a small building & Theater. (maybe this was the Mare Island Theatre?)</p>
