People who make such claims never back them up and never do their research. It can’t even be 83 years since the theatre was closed for several months before Nelson Page picked it up in the mid-90s and I’m sure there were other changes in management that led to its closure in its long history. Never believe what you read! Or at the very least, be suspicious of it and ask for sources.
