These type of shows were popular from the late 1930s until the very early 1970s and were called “SPOOK FROLICS” or MIDNIGHT GHOST SHOWS, which included a stage presentation (usually a skit or magic show) and a movie. The movie here is THEY CREEP IN THE DARK which is an alternate title for the Bela Lugosi movie THE HUMAN MONSTER (1939) a.k.a.
