It’s the Elite Theatre which launched at 2314 N. Main St. (first ad) It became the Rialto Theatre after roughly ten years (second ad) and was cruising along until a fire decimated the place. Its final ad is at bottom left and if you look bottom right, you may be able to see where the roof line is jagged as it fell in after a fire that ended the Rialto in 1961l
