Its the Ohio Theatre circa 1946 within the expanded Modi Theatre Building. Here, the Modies have placed heated sidewalks in front of the Ohio and did so for the near neighboring State Theatre, as well. The State is but one business away to east and you see it in the opening in the distance with the lamp barely seen on its face.
